Capacity growth: UAE data center capacity will grow 165% to 950 MW by 2028, led by Khazna and major projects like G42-Stargate.
Energy demand: Power use will more than double from 5.6 TWh to 12.6 TWh, reaching 6% of national consumption.
Investment scale: A USD 46.1bn data center and USD 28bn power pipeline will drive expansion through 2030.
AI leadership: The UAE ranks among the top global AI and digital infrastructure hubs, powered by 188,000 AI chips and 6.4GW computing capacity.
